From the Lynchburg Area Take US Route 29 south past all four Altavista exits to the Hurt Exit which is 29 Business, (There is a sign that also reads, Motley Next Exit). At the exit stop sign turn right onto Highwayview Drive, Stay straight 4 miles, the road name will turn to Gallows Road about two miles from the exit. From the South:
From the Danville area Take US Route 29 north to the Hurt Exit which is 29 Business. At the exit stop sign turn left onto Highwayview Drive, Stay straight 4 miles, the road name will turn to Gallows Road about two miles from the exit. From the West:
From the Roanoke area Take Route 220 to Rocky Mount and then Route 40 East to Route 29 at Gretna Take US Route 29 north to the Hurt Exit which is 29 Business. At the exit stop sign turn left onto Highwayview Drive, Stay straight 4 miles, the road name will turn to Gallows Road about two miles from the exit. From the East:
From the Richmond Area Take US Route 460 to Route 24 at Concord. Take Route 24 West to Route 29. Take a left onto US Route 29 south past all four Altavista exits to the Hurt Exit which is 29 Business.
