Running Cedar Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Do you have waterfront sites? No, the campground is adjacent to a large public access area owned by the power company.

2. Do you have docks? No, the public boat landing is 0.20 miles from the campground. Look at the campground Google Map in the Location Section. Overnight and short term dockage is available at the Pitstop Marina, 5 miles by road.

3. Do you have full hookups? Yes

4. Is there a fee to use the pool? No, Campground guest and registered visitors of guests may use the pool. It is not open to the public.

5. Can I bring my pet? Yes, we are pet friendly. They must be kept on a leash. They must not be left un-attended outside your RV. They must be cleaned up after. Breeds with a history of unfriendly or agressive behavior to either dogs or humans are not allowed at RCRV. These include but may not be limited to Pitt Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Wolfs and mixes of any of these breeds (without exception, please dont ask). Any dog that exhibits unfriendly or agressive behavior must be removed from the park, without refund. If you have any questions please call us first. Barking dogs will not be tolerated, they must be put inside if they bark excessively.

6. Can you fish? Leesville Lake is a wonderful fishery. The public picnic area offers hundreds of feet of shoreline for fishing and its just a short walk from the campground. Bass, catfish, bluegill, and crappie can all be caught from the shore.

7. Is alchol allowed? Yes, please be respectiful and keep it at your campsite.

8. Is internet Access Available? Yes, we offer wireless internet access at no charge. Most sites can recieve a signal, however it will depend on your wireless card strength. The day room has exellent signal strength.

9. Can I canoe or kayak? Most days at Leesville Lake see very light boat traffic. Weekdays and late afternoons are especially nice to canoe around the picnic area.

10. Are you a seasonal or nightly campground? We have a mix, both are very welcome. We are a campground for campers!
Currently the majority of our businees is nightly campers.
